• Get everything together. Mixed sizes are okay but pictures can be no
  smaller then 2×3 inches and no bigger than 8×10 inches. This is a
  good time to remove paper clips, post-it notes and anything that may

  damage your photos (or our scanners!)

• Organize, name and group your photos. Label each group with an
  index card and use a clear storage bag or rubber band to keep them
  together. Many freezer bags allow writing on them which is a
  handy way to organize your photos. Note: Please separate Black and White photos from Color photos

• Photos in albums present special challenges. We request that you
  remove them for scanning. Please call for instructions.

• ​Check for double prints! Remove anything you don’t want scanned
  twice!!
